“Big Plans: Picturing Social Reform”
DUSP alumna Sara Zewde MCP ’10 co-curated a new exhibition examining how landscape architects and photographers in the late 1800s and early 1900s advocated for social reform in Boston, New York, and Chicago. On view at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum through September 15. Art Daily.

Synchronized bike lighting inspired by nature
[Bike] Swarm from Media Lab’s Alex Berke, Thomas Sanchez SM ’17 (MAS), and Kent Larson controls a bicycle’s lighting and enables communication with others in the vicinity. When another rider is encountered, the bikes sync their lights up automatically. Arduino.
