Sara Yohannes

Sara Yohannes has over a decade of event management experience. She is currently the Events Manager in the MIT School of Architecture + Planning. She previously worked as the Program Manager at the Brigham Research Institute (BRI). She was responsible for managing and executing all events for the BRI, which focused on uniting the research community, supporting career development, and amplifying the voices of researchers. At the height, she planned around 100 events a year ranging from 10 – 1,000 attendees. She worked in partnership with other departments and institutions to collaborate on new events to achieve the goals of the BRI and the Brigham. Sara graduated from Suffolk University, Sawyer Business School with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2012.
