Strategic Engagement Officer

Drew Forster has over two decades of professional communications experience. From a strong foundation in non-profit programming, his storytelling focus has strengthened fundraising and relationship management to drive impactful development strategies across a range of sectors including human services, arts & culture and education. 

 

Playing a pivotal role leading development-focused communications programs while shaping two major capital campaigns, the work of his teams has transformed organizations and communities. In Boston, he spearheaded the effort to create The Salvation Army Kroc Center, a 90,000 sf community center on a 6.5-acre campus in Dorchester bringing vital resources to underserved neighborhoods. 

 

Throughout his career, Drew has crafted compelling narratives to drive action, raise awareness and secure life-changing resources for causes that matter. He holds a BA in Psychology from Yale University.
